Our Policy

1. Compliance with Legislation: We commit to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and other relevant legal requirements and codes of practice.

2. Risk Management: All projects will undergo thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards. We will implement appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate risks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and regular maintenance of equipment.

3. Training and Competence: We will ensure all employees and subcontractors are competent to carry out their tasks safely through regular training, certifications, and safety briefings.

4. Communication and Consultation: We will maintain open lines of communication with our team, clients, and subcontractors regarding health and safety matters. Feedback on our safety practices is always welcome and will be considered in our ongoing safety evaluations.

5. Incident Reporting and Investigation: All incidents, no matter how minor, must be reported promptly. We will investigate incidents to understand their causes and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

6. Health Surveillance: Where necessary, we will provide health surveillance to employees exposed to specific health risks due to their work activities.

7. Emergency Procedures: Clear and effective emergency procedures will be established and communicated to all employees and subcontractors. Regular drills will be conducted to ensure readiness in case of an emergency.

• Employees and subcontractors are required to comply with all safety instructions and regulations, use PPE appropriately, and report hazards or incidents immediately.

Reporting Concerns

All employees and subcontractors are encouraged to report any health and safety concerns without fear of reprisal. Concerns can be reported to your supervisor, safety officer, or directly to management.
